Log Cabin Point is a small and family oriented resort that offers waterfront cottages and seasonal campsites. The resort is uniquely situated on a point of land just outside the famous Sandbanks Provincial Park. With East Lake on one side and the Outlet River on the other, all of the resort’s cottages and seasonal sites are waterfront.
Seasonal Sites
There are 25 all waterfront seasonal sites. As of Jan 2024 update from the resort, the seasonal sites are full and interested campers can get into their waitlist.
Cottages
Combining simple County charm with modern conveniences, the resort’s cottages offer you a place to relax and have fun with your family. Eight cottages are available spring through fall. Each cottage has its own dock (the 12 and 14-Wide share one) and its own firepit. All cottages have air conditioning. Cottage guests have free use of canoes, kayaks and paddleboards, as available, or they can be rented for your exclusive use during your stay.
