Wasauksing First Nation is located on Parry Island in Georgian Bay, immediately southwest of the Town of Parry Sound, less than 15 kilometres in from Highway 69/400. The First Nation has a relatively undeveloped land mass in excess of 7,487 hectares and is located on a picturesque island with road access via an old swing bridge.
Within the First Nation is Wasauksing Marina & Campground. The marina is over 40 years old and is owned and operated by Wasauksing First Nation. It is located on Parry Island approximately twenty five minutes to the west of Parry Sound, Ontario with direct water access to Georgian Bay. The business is also located approximately 1½ to 2 hour drive from the Greater Toronto Area and Golden Horseshoe Region.
