Sharbot Lake Provincial Park

1 Reviews 25467 Hwy 7, Sharbot Lake, ON K0H 2P0

Located on two beautiful lakes, Sherbet Lake is great for swimming, canoeing, hiking, boating, and fishing. The hiking trails at Sharbot Lake Provincial Park cross the ridges between the lakes, and loop through stands of maple, oak and birch. A short portage connects the two bodies of water. There are spectacular views of both lakes from the lookouts at the top of the ridges.

Decent park but there are better ones out there
This is a decent park but there are many better ones. The sites are relatively small and lack privacy, there are few nice ones but those are almost always booked. Many of the sites are suitable for tent camping but very limited selection for trailers The beach is rocky and not as great as other parks, there is no park store, there was one before but has been closed for more than two years now I believe Tip: For sites close to the beach and washroom facilities, choose Maple Grove campground
