It was clean and the staff was very helpful. The tent sites are small, but we didn't need much. The campfire pits are also very small and don't have grates for cooking, but we made do. The sites are also close together without much of anything to separate sites but we didn't mind this.
The bathrooms were very clean, and they even had a small heated bathroom with a shower in the laundry room.
One big thing to note is that the camp is pretty loud due to its location. It is right next to a train track. We were woken up by it the two nights we stayed. This is manageable but could be an issue if you have trouble falling back asleep. This is probably an issue at the KOA down the road as well though.
Overall the campground is decent but
Campark is a much better option especially if you have kids.
