Samuel de Champlain is a local’s favorite in Parry Sound. The park is located on historic Mattawa River fur trade route in the scenic Mattawa Valley, and offers scenic hiking trails. The park is especially popular in fall for its beautiful fall colors. The park is also a frequented by paddlers from around Ontario and offers plenty to explore by canoe
The park offers two campgrounds – Babawasse and Jingwakoki
